For an ultra-sound, I was seen (punctually) by a very pleasant lady who dealt with me very efficiently and clearly knew what she was doing. But when I received a text next day asking me to go to a website (www.oc-meridian.com/OCQ/u/imp06) to give feedback, I couldn't access it!
