"Excellent and prompt treatment, fantastic staff"

I arrived at A&E as a Brit on holiday in UK, as I am living abroad. I arrived at A&E, not knowing what was wrong with me, and with what turned out to be a serious illness, which had left me in some distress and pain. The staff were terrific, so helpful, kind, super efficient, and I knew right away that I would be cared for. It wasn't long before I saw a doctor, who was rapidly able to diagnose my problem, and her calm, confident, professional and caring approach made me feel immediately at ease, I knew that I would be ok in their hands. I am on a long road to recovery, and I have nothing but admiration for the fabulous team that I encountered at the hospital.
