The staff have been wonderful, reassuring and very helpful during my daughter’s stay on Acorn Ward. Keep up the amazing work. Thanks in particular to Emma, Annie, Becky. Being given a parent room was really thoughtful too and helped me to stay rested while here. Also, Tom and Alan are amazing and very friendly.
A special thank you goes to Birgit on my behalf for being an incredible nurse. She went above and beyond to help me with the girls on 25/26 October. From caring for them both all night so I could sleep, to cleaning the room, sterilising bottles, as well as staying past the end of her shift when my daughter had a seizure. She is an asset to the unit, as of course are all the staff!

Another thank you on behalf of my daughter goes to Alice for her care two nights in a row, and for supporting me through a difficult evening. She is exceptional! Thank you also to Bethany who is brilliant, thorough and an asset to the team.
