(as the patient),

I would like to take the time to acknowledge two members of staff at my local GP practice. Seema, and Davinnia they both took a very frustrating situation and turned it around which came to my rescue. Without their help this would not of happened and I am very grateful. In fact every time they are on duty my experience has been pleasant. Positive and productive. And when your dealing with forgotten prescriptions you really need someone there for you. So again Thank you Seema and your colleague.

Thanks so much for letting us know and thanks to Seema and Davinia from me as well for sorting something out for someone when systems have gone wrong. It is really important to be able to correct things if they are not working and so we do appreciate your feedback and letting us know that these staff have been helpful. Much appreciated.
