"Terrible customer service staff"

About: Firth Park Surgery

I phoned to make an appointment at around 8:42am and was told I would have an appointment for around 10am, I then asked for a female doctor or nurse if possible. She then told me there was none for the time specified and then went on to tell me I no longer had an appointment and couldn’t get one till late afternoon. The service you provided is ridiculous and your system is worse.
