"Unhelpful..."

I can for an X-ray for myself. I arrived as soon as X-rays were open only to wait an hour and a half (which was closing time) and have no feedback. As the last patient there, I was called up but told that I could not get an X-ray done. I waited an hour and a half to be rejected and am unhappy that I could not be told sooner. After being told to call the GP who referred me, they told me I shouldn’t have been turned away! Parking money and time wasted. However there are some doctors who can be very good too but this experience wasn’t good.
