(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was admitted from a&e with server constipation 4 days ago

The staff were lovely caring and understanding

There took a very considerate approach to finding the cause to why this had happened.

The outcome was a strick plan to find the best possible outcome to resolve this matter with diet change and follow up appointments

Dear hekaxp76,

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to our staff her on the Children's Unit. I delighted to hear that our staff were so caring and understanding. It must have been hard to see your daughter in discomfort but I am glad that the cause was investigated and found. It must be reassuring to have a plan now to resolve her symptoms and a relief to know that you both will be seen again in your follow-up appointments.

I shall certainly share your lovely feedback with our nursing and medical staff that were working on the unit for the past four days. Thank you again.
