About: Community mental health services / Recovery College

(as a service user),

I have just attended the Recovery College for the first time and am just about to complete the Taking Back Control Course.   My experience so far of the college has been exceptional and made me feel very safe when I was extremely anxious. Sally on reception has been so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The course itself has been a huge success for me I have learnt so much and am already putting the tools I have gained into practice. Gina has delivered the course with such a depth of knowledge, skill and empathy she has made me feel very comfortable whilst learning. Thanks very much to all that make this amazing resource available and I can not wait to start my next course.
