We visited A&E with my son who had fractured his thumb. We were seen within 5 minutes of checking in, XRay’d within 15 minutes of that and discharged within an hour. The nurse practitioner who saw us was great - understanding and efficient.
Thank you to everyone, from the receptionists, to the nurses, nurse practitioner and radiology team.
