"Uncaring, money making"

About: Woodlands Medical Practice

Complete lack of compassion and poor diagnostic skills. I’m amazed at some of these reviews. One doctor has only been here two years and the other doctors are locums so how have people been with the same doctor for years? Some of the reviews don’t appear genuine to me. We are leaving the practice.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, we value all genuine reviews. I am saddened to hear that you are dissatisfied with the standard of care provided to you/your family. Unfortunately with most negative reviews we are unable to determine your identity, however in line with the NHS complaints procedure I would invite you to contact us directly so we can escalate your concerns and allow us the opportunity to investigate and respond correctly.

Private work is always chargeable and is not covered/funded by the NHS

I can confirm that Dr Zammad Chishti is our Lead General Practitioner at Woodlands Medical Practice. Our Clinical team Dr R Elamin, Dr S Saigol and Dr Salim also provide regular weekly clinics.

However we do use Locums when necessary to ensure the highest standard of care is continues 5 days a week and reduces the impact of the Oct of Hours services

We look forwards to hearing from you soon

Kind Regards

Fiona Butcher
