"Exceptional care"

Early this morning I was referred to A and E by NHS111 with heart palpitations and acute stomach upset. The staff, both doctor and nurses were exceptionally kind to me and totally professional in their manner. I felt extremely grateful for the care and investigations which I received. Their personal qualities and the efficient way in which they all went about their duties left me feeling very confident that I could not have been in better hands. I left feeling very appreciative of all they had done for me this morning and wish that I could have thanked them better.
