"Prescription did not arrive before the pharmacy closed"

Last week I spoke to the pharmacist at the surgery re cellulitis that had flared up on my leg, I always have antibiotic injections in the house for emergencies (as now) I couldn't find them and the pharmacist they would email a prescription to the pharmacy. It did not arrive before 3. 45pm when they closed nor was it there in the morning. After speaking to 111, I was left without a prescription. Please explain the lack of care of the pharmacist in not sending over the prescription on Friday awaiting your explanation
