Very painful knee difficulty walking. The doctor referred me for physio. I am still waiting a week later. I was not told that I could self refer. I am a fit person and do not want to become a burden on the NHS or my relatives due to having to walk about with cartridge damage which then has a knock on effect to the rest of my body.
