"I am so glad I did it"

About: Community mental health services / Recovery College

(as a service user),

I've become disabled in my 30s. It's been hard. I was told about the recovery college and was interested in getting help with depression. I attended understanding depression course. It was really good. I was nervous, but so was everyone. I am so glad I did it and will go to more courses!

Dear Abc1984

I am sorry to hear that you became disabled in your 30s, that is difficult and must be dispiriting at times. I am really glad that you found the Understanding Depression Course so good. I hope that it will support you in your recovery. I do hope that you are able to access other courses in the future and will find them equally helpful and supportive.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to feedback on your experience of our services.

I wish you luck in your recovery journey.

Best wishes

Sandie
