About: Community mental health services / Recovery College

(as a service user),

I'm a recovering alcoholic and suffer from depression and anxiety. I accessed the Recovery College as a service user of Inspire, my local drug and alcohol team. I love the Mindfulness course and am finding it extremely informative and useful. I look forward to starting the Parents in Recovery course in a couple of weeks. The staff that run the courses are very friendly and informative.
