"The system runs like clockwork"

(as a service user),

I was asked by a doctor to get blood drawn yesterday and was seen by Kim at the phlebotomy clinic at the Coatbridge Health Centre. At my previous health centre the blood draw clinic was so disorganised and waiting times were long - however here the system runs like clockwork. Kim was very friendly and made the whole process super easy.

Thank you for your comments around the phlebotomy service within Coatbridge it's very much appreciated. Staff enjoy receiving feedback and I will ensure that Kim see's this feedback.

We have just recently increased the service with more hours and staffing so I'm so pleased to hear it is all going well and that patients are finding the process easy to use and access
