Was at polyclinic today to give blood the staff are great, but there was no parking spaces I have a blue badge so parked on double yellow lines when I came out I had a parking ticket on my car , having a few areas with double yellow lines gives people the impression you can park on them with a blue badge so is it just a way of making money out of people, you have double red lines around the rest of the roads which everyone knows you can not park on so why is it not all double red , is it just to con to make money out of ill people .
