"Ward EAU3 is brilliant"

I took my mother to EAU3 after a long stay in hospital where she had suffered great pain from shingles. After being discharged we were offered an appointment with the consultant at EAU about a week later. Everyone in the department was helpful and seemed very committed. We had a long discussion with the consultant who made considerable time for us and methodically went through all arpects of care for my mother. A blood test was required and was immediately taken. At all times we were treated with great consideration and very professionally. Thank you all so much!
