Great service received this morning for my day case. Temi the Staff Nurse and her team were fantastic. Very smooth care from start to finish. Caring and attentive and made me feel well looked after. Great job guys. And the trainee paramedic who inserted my cannula was fab and did a great job.
Our NHS gets enough complaints so figured praise when praise is due.
