I was introduced to Angela to complete a mammoth piece of pre-operation paperwork. What a lovely manner this nurse had. Welcoming, chatty, made the process so easy..an example of what good care looks like. this is why our nhs is so important. excellent care delivery

You're right about the preparation before surgery; there's lots to consider to ensure that it's safe to proceed, that it's the right treatment option for you and that you understand what will happen before, during and after.
