"Great staff & brilliant communication"

About: Burnley General Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

Would just like to express my gratitude to all the staff on this ward. Particularly the ward manager Cheryl. Extremely helpful. Me and my husband were completely kept in the know while our daughter was in theatre. Even received a follow up phone call the next day to make sure our daughter Poppy was okay and recovering well. Great staff. Brilliant communication. We would definitely recommend this ward.
