"Arndale House"

About: Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust

Appt with 2 men which was innappropriate for me with my issues.

One remained silent, the other "lectured" me. Told me what he thought was best for me even though he'd never met me before and did'nt even know my diagnosis, the two suggestions were not suitable as he would have know if he had bothered to find out about me, and no other options given, not helpful in the slightest and made me very upset, his manner was condescending. I've been left with no option but to give up looking for help for my mental help problems as clearly there's no help available from Arndale house, all they want to do is pass you on to somewhere else so they don't have to bother with you anymore.

Very disappointed with the service.

We are very sorry to note your dissatisfaction with the communication and support provided since a referral to our service.

In order to understand the details of the case and see how we can better support you, and learn from your experience, it would be helpful if you could speak to the manager of Dartford Services.

They operate a ‘Meet the Manager’ facility at Arndale House where you can have an appointment to speak to the locality manager about your concerns.

These meetings happen monthly and you can attend by booking an appointment with reception staff on 01322 622230.

You can also contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) if you prefer, they can help you with any concerns or queries you may have about your care – 0800 783 9972 or email kmpt.pals.kmpt@nhs.net.

We do hope that you will be able to get in contact as soon as is possible.
