"The utmost respect for my mum at all times"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Stroke care

(as a relative),

My mum had taken a stroke and was looked after by this wonderful team. The most touching part was that the team provided the most utmost respect to my mum at all times even when she preferred her own family looking after her care needs, this was fully respected and family were allowed in earlier to help mum. The ward sister even paid a visit to mums bedside to ask how her care was and if there was something they could improve on.

Irene, domestic, was fab, as mum had z delirium and Irene would spend time at mums bedside aiming to reassure mum, despite having her own busy workload.

Thank you very much for the lovely feedback about your mums care. Its nice to hear that our staff spent time with your mum and tried to make her stay in the ward as positive as possible. I have shared your lovely feedback with the staff who were delighted to hear your kind and very thoughtful words.
