That's it. Nearly forgot what I was ringing about after an hour of rehearsing how I would politely ask why I had been on hold for so long. Was ringing for my mother in fact, but I would avoid registering with them myself if at all possible. Judging by the number of complaints I'm surprised they are still open at all. The phone message while you are waiting laughably invites you to go to an incoherent web address to register! !
