My father was allocated to the end of life fast track team after wishing to come home to spend his last days. The service from start to finish was excellent the high key trained staff provided excellent care to my dad up to the last day. The management team were excellent and always on hand for support and advice and couldn’t do enough for us. They accommodated our preferences and sad wishes. Cannot say anything other than excellent. They gave our dad the most support and compassionate care we could wish for and we couldn’t thank the team enough.
