"District Nursing support for my father"

About: Ayrshire & Arran Community Services / Community/District Nursing Service

(as a relative),

At very short notice the local District Nursing service in Saltcoats, North Ayrshire helped my dad through his final journey.

My whole family will be eternally grateful for the care and kindness shown.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear Grateful Tap Ender,

Please accept my condolences. We appreciate this feedback, particularly at such a difficult time. I will pass your feedback to the District Nurses in Saltcoats. I know they will accept your kind words with gratitude of their own.

Kindest wishes to you,

Eunice
