"Procedure was very straightforward"

I was referred to the hospital after a cyst on my hairline grew quite dramatically and was causing me pain.

I was looked after in day surgery by David and Amy. They were both very friendly and professional. David seemed very sure in what he was doing and was able to put me at ease. He was clear about what I should expect during and after the procedure. The actual procedure was very straightforward and he even suggested a photograph the cyst to show my eight year old, this was a big hit when I got home!
