About: NHS Ayrshire & Arran / South West Scotland Breast Screening Centre

(as the patient),

Varied experiences in NHS over the years. Recently however was referred through Ayrshire Central breast screening to Ms Tovey’s team at Crosshouse; including nuclear medicine, MRI screening,  x ray and porter support. 

Without exception every member of staff along the way was professional, friendly and helpful. 

Many thanks to all of them for their support and some laughs along the way.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

I am sorry your experiences have varied over the years but it is truly a delighted to read about this experience with so many staff this time.
