"Really put me at ease"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Surgical Assessment Unit

(as a service user),

I had a cyst removed at FVRH by Pamela in ambulatory care. Pamela was lovely, explained what she was doing and really put me at ease. I totally trusted her and felt happy with her performing the procedure.
