When I arrived for my appt. I was greeted by Pam the receptionist who was cheerful and caring. She took me straight to the Ultrasound dept. where I was seen almost straight away by two experienced staff who put me at ease and advised me exactly what the procedure would entail. When I saw the Doctor I was looked after and cared for extremely well by two nurses. Unfortunately I did not note their names, but they were excellent and made me feel less anxious of the examination and procedure to follow.
A very big thank you to all the staff in the Women's Centre today for making my experience there less stressful and well done for running the department so well.
