I have always found the receptionists kind and helpful and extremely professional.
They have a very difficult job and are often the target for things that are beyond their control.
I think they ALL deserve medals and respect for doing a very difficult job with such professionalism! WELL DONE! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! And don't let the people that are frustrated and fail to understand your challenges get you down.
