"Fantastic autism care"

I went in to A&E in significant pain and was unable to speak due to being autistic and in a state. As soon as my partner told the staff I was autistic, I was treated amazingly and staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs. My partner had to leave with our son but the staff took great care of me. I had to stay overnight and was discharged the following afternoon. The only improvement I would suggest is quicker pain relief and other drugs as I usually waited about an hour after requesting pain relief or anti sickness but the department was very busy so the staff were understandably rushed off their feet.
