A first class service at Forth Valley Hospital minor ops unit. Made to feel welcome by reception staff, and David and Amy who carried out the procedure were brilliant. Very professional taking time to explain what would happen then talking me through each stage. David had a relaxed manner, was chatty and very good at putting me at ease. Thanks guys
