"Shocking"

Just wow. Upon arrival the reception staff were far too busy discussing their own conversations to even notice I was stood waiting - this was a light hearted conversation which involved elements of laughter, clearly not pivotal - following triage o sat waiting for some test results and again the reception staff chose this time, with patients waiting to discuss the level of which the hospital and the department are under staff to the point of almost slagging off other men ever of staff “these young girls, they just want to pick how and when they work - they just can’t have it that way”

To top it of a gross breech of security - a gentleman, no name announced, no patient name announced, just I was trying to get through that door but I can’t and the receptionist just let him through after rejecting the same for another visitor minutes before who simply wanted to collect his belongings from his friend and no directly see him.

This is a huge breech of confidence and trust.
