Today I had an appointment at the ENT clinic Bedford. The nurse called my name, with my husband in tow we went into the doctors office. I was quickly put at ease by the doctor, who could tell that I was worried.
The doctor explained everything in fine detail, and said that I needed two procedures done. With the nurse comforting me by holding my hand, and words of encouragement from her the task was done.
The doctor was so amazing, so very kind to me and to my husband. I will not have any problem going back to the hospital, or to the ENT department.
A very big thank you,to a great team.
We also called in to the cafe for a coffee afterwards, the food was fresh, the cafe was clean and the coffee was HOT!!
This was our first visit to Bedford hospital, after moving from Oxford. There was no complaints at all. Brilliant.
