I just had to wait for almost an hour in the freezing cold outside Merton Surgery to get my flu jab.
I am sixty five but fairly fit, although the cold set off my asthma, so it was OK for me but what about the more elderly people who were forced to do this?
It took the surgery staff half an hour before they came out to see if there were any people with mobility or other problems who might need a seat.
Absolute disgrace.
Why are they no longer using Alford Corn Exchange where people can at least sit in the warm to wait?
Are we a third world country or something?
I shall be writing to my MP.
