"another 8 week wait!"

I'm honestly shocked!

I've tried to rearrange a nurses appointment(scheduled in 2 weeks) - to be offered one in 8 weeks! Lets hope I have nothing serious wrong because this surgery isn't likely to offer any help!

I recently had knee surgery and trying to get an appointment to get stitches removed was a joke itself ( it was supposed to be 1 week after the operation and I had to wait over 10 days)

when I spoke to the nurse about it directly she was shocked and said she would always prioritise time sensitive procedures such as this; and now this!!

Why if you cannot meet the needs of the patients you have registered are you accepting new patients?
