"Charlecote Ward"

My Mother was first admitted to Charlecote Ward back in March 2018. She was in and out of this ward and other wards a number of times over a 12 month period.

All wards are not the same.

This is a very special ward with great staff at all levels. This may be one of the older wards within the hospital, but it is the management of the ward, and staff that make a ward the place it is. People are treated as if they were family. A credit to Warwick Hospital. Other Wards could learn from this very special place.

Charlecote Ward really does deserve an upgrade generally, but understand is limited by the building itself. Well done to all.
