"Elective surgery"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / General Surgery (wards 64, 65, 66,& 67) Golden Jubilee National Hospital / General Surgery

(as a service user),

I was admitted to the Golden Jubilee Hospital for an elective Cholecystectomy under the care of Mr Dickson.

I was experiencing post operative issues and Mr Dickson transferred me very promptly to Glasgow Royal Infirmary (where Mr Dickson works). Where I underwent further investigations

I feel the care and attention  I received from Mr Dickson was remarkable.  His kindness and reassurance helped me through a difficult illness.
