Since the new and improve ORB building and timetable have come into effect it has made a positive influence in my life. Everything from acupuncture to gardening right through to health and well-being and arts & crafts, various pep talks and useful educational topics help men to stay focused on my recovery - thanks to all the staff for having such as positive attitude: -)

Thank you for taking the time out to give us your feedback about using our service. I am so glad to hear that accessing our service is having such a positive impact on your life and recovery.

I'm so proud to manage a team that have such a positive outlook / attitudes (even whilst we are experiencing a period of short staffing, as we wait for new staff to start) they give 100% everyday, they really are our dream team.

It is fantastic to here the relaunch of the Recovery Network groups are meeting your needs, we really wanted to offer recovery support and activities everyday. It would be really great if you could attend our service user plus meeting (if you are not already) to ensure we are getting a wide range of service users feedback and ideas.

Thanks again for sharing your experience of using the service.
