"I have a good rapport with my care worker"

About: One Recovery Bucks / Aylesbury

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am having no problems with my care plan etc at ORB. I have a good rapport with my care worker, she seems to listen to my concerns and worries and all the good things in my life.

It's definitely a better service now then compared to how it was when it first started.

Thanks for taking time to give us your story of using the service. Its great to hear that you have built up a good rapport with your key worker and that you feel listened to and heard.

It's is really good to know that you have no problems with your care plan, we believe that the core to good services and the best treatment outcomes is for our service users to have individualised care plans working on the objectives that the service users want to achieve at that time.

It is lovely to hear that the service has improved, I'd be interested to know why your feel this and how long you've been in service, so get in touch if you want to discuss, so we can ensure we keep doing the things that are working well.

Thanks again for your feedback and all the very best with your recovery.

Regards

Tracy
