Whenever I've moved to Aylesbury and have needed urgent help due to my addictions One Recovery have always gone out of their way to see me quickly and organise a programme of medication & anything else. Whenever there are situations that need addressing during treatment they are always there with a smile & open arms & can't do enough for you. I've been blessed to get 1: 1 Counselling which has been a godsend and helped me understand myself & move forward. I was also sent to rehab which was amazing. It's the best service I have ever been to & I've been to a lot of services dotted around the country. I wouldn't be where I am today or half the person I am without them & the support. BIG SHOUT TO NICKY & MARY! ! ! AMAZING! ! !

Thanks so much for sharing your experience of using our service. It is great to hear how responsive, welcoming and caring our staff have been meeting your needs. It is fantastic to hear you have used our counselling service, it really can help people deal with past issues to enable them to move forward.

We are really lucky in Bucks that our commissioners at Bucks CC / Public Health continue to support service users to access residential rehab (lots of area have stopped this), and your story evidences why rehab provision is so important.

I will ensure the staff hear your feedback especially Nikki and Mary, they are both such assets to our team, and always go that extra mile.

We really try daily to provide high quality care so it is fantastic when we get feedback like this, so thanks again for taking the time to write to us. If there is anything you think we could do better or something that another service did that other in Bucks could benefit from please let us know.
