"Wonderful professional care !"

As an 81 year old who thought he'd had a stroke and who had never made a 999 call or been in an ambulance before...this was an amazing experience ! Every person involved was very professional, and very kind and caring. From the initial Para-medic young lady who came to the house, to the 2 member ambulance team she called to take my wife and I to Wexham, to all the staff at the hospital, ...a wonderful and most impressive team.

In the time I was there I had blood tests, an ECG and a brain scan, my mind put totally at rest and a diagnosis of vertigo which I could understand. I would just like to say a big "Thank You !" to all concerned...you were just wonderful, and I hope very much that I never have to trouble you again...but if I do...then I shall be very relaxed and confident in any treatment I might need.
