"Booking appointments"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

All three clinic options are unable to offer an appointment on line and booking phone number is constantly engaged.

Called Medway booking line direct and spoke to a lady who was really helpful and offered to defer back to surgery.My complaint is that this system could cause patients to give up trying to make an appointment and miss necessary health care and or health issues could be exacerbated due to inefficient system causing delays.
