"being called a liar"

About: Ilkeston Community Hospital

i have been many times as i suffer with abcesses and have always had them drained at ilkeston hospital, the last one being last year (2018), however, today i went as i have another abcess to be told that they have'nt seen me since 2015 and i never went there last year, the new student nurses do not keep the computer updated and are too happy to brand people liars, my daughter also went through the upset of having social services on her back because a student had'nt put information about her little girl having a fall, this is so wrong, why should we be branded as liars when these so called nurses are'nt doing their jobs right.
