About: Change Grow Live / Norfolk Alcohol and Drug Behaviour Change Service

(as a service user),

After falling I to a life of using class A drug and losing the people close to me due to my selfish behaviour and think no one cared and having no one to turn to accept from my partner, CGL has been a life support! Not only providing me tools and a shoulder to talk to but my partner support when things got bad!

Even though at first I thought CGL wasn't really listening to me and thought I couldn't get through this. I'm now been clean for 4 months.

I found you have to be open and honest not only to yourself but to the onlys who are there wanting to help you to get where you want!

Thanks to CGL and the friendly but blunt staff( only coz they care and truly do want to help) I recommend anyone who wants your help you all been a great help and support for us as a whole family and have given me a new outlook on life. And also who ever wants to change there life its your self who has to make the change CGL  are there to put you on the meds you need and the help you need and the rest is to be done by your self you want it that bad then make it happen.
