"Prosthetics Appointment"

I arranged an appointment at the above Unit for reassessment of a prosthesis as the current one was larger than my other side and appeared odd.  At a previous appointment outwith Torbay, I had had an extremely negative experience, hence I approached this appointment with some caution and defences at the ready! 

I am pleased to say that these were not needed.  I was attended to by a staff member called Steph who was approachable, empathetic and knowledgeable.  I left the appointment with a more appropriate prosthetic, a well fitting and comfortable bra and the access to order more of the latter without breaking the bank.  Well done Steph - what a credit you are to the Unit  in my opinion.

I hope there are not too many staff members called Steph doing the same job so the correct one is identified as I hope this feedback is shared directly.  Thanks again Steph, Torbay Breast Care Unit and the NHS.
