(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I feel that Katie is the best female nurse I've ever known.  She works so hard and is a shining example of what a difference it makes to service user's, I can see how tired she gets in her beautiful caring eyes.  Katie goes over and above what would normally be asked of, for someone running a ward, she gets the balance of such responsibility and yet lightness of both humour which is vital to healthcare.

St. Andrews Is mostly a wonderful institution but there are about 10% of staff who are not pulling there weight.

I will like to say thank you for those lovely words about Katie and the impact she has made towards service users. We as a Charity strive to ensure all our staff are giving more than 100% and in order to achieve these we are investing in Training and putting in place Mentors to support all our new staff members towards going over and above in caring for service users. Once again thank you for your comments
