(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Mark (Senior Staff Nurse) I cannot state strongly enough how wonderful Mark's attitude to nursing is.  He is the most funny, compassionate intelligent, gentle, strong man,  he makes everyone on the ward, staff and service users feel special with his unorthodox style.

I am old enough to be his mother but he makes me laugh till I cry, he should be prescribed on the NHS.  He works so hard, often in difficult circumstances. Well Done!
