There are three members of staff made me feel that my health is why they got job (Patient Centred Care)
Rachel spoke to me with respect and ensured she completed the task I asked her help with, in the process she missed her break but was unfazed.
Liam has a suitable coping method for the work environment he finds himself in while at Audley ward.
Clarence gave me sound advice and offered his listening ear.
These are the people I have had enough contact with to draw an opinion.
